Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All copywriting work is delivered digitally. No physical delivery. Services completed and delivered via email.

2. Timelines

• Draft: 4 business days
• Prose: 8 business days
• Anthology: 21 business days

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Albacete regional public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after brief confirmation.

3. Confirmation

After payment, Stripe confirmation is sent. Within 1 business day a copywriter contacts you to confirm start and delivery date.

4. File formats

DOCX, Google Doc, PDF, or plain text. HTML-formatted copy available on request.

5. Languages

English and Spanish, both natively written. Bilingual projects written separately in each language, not translated.
