Terms of Service

1. Parties

Copywrite Master, Calle Ebro, 6, 02006 Albacete, Spain (the Studio) and the client placing an order (the Client). Governed by Spanish law.

2. Services

Copywriting services including homepage copy, long-form content, social media copy, newsletters, product launch sequences, and SEO-optimized content. All delivered digitally by email.

3. Orders and payment

Orders placed via Stripe secure checkout. Client confirms being 18 years of age or older and having authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Delivery timelines

• Draft plan: 4 business days
• Prose plan: 8 business days
• Anthology plan: 21 business days

5. Revisions

1 revision round on Draft, 2 on Prose, unlimited on Anthology. Specific notes required for revision requests.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in delivered copy transfer to Client upon receipt of full payment.

7. Governing law

Spanish law. Jurisdiction of the courts of Albacete, Spain.
