Refund Policy

1. Our commitment

We stand behind every piece of copy we deliver. If there is a genuine quality issue that we cannot correct within the agreed revision scope, we offer a proportionate refund.

2. Correction period

7 calendar days from delivery. Email hello@copywritemaster.com with your order reference and specific description of the issue.

3. Full refund conditions

• We cannot deliver within the agreed timeline and work has not begun
• Delivered copy does not match the agreed language or scope
• Systematic errors affecting the majority of the deliverable

4. Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after project work has commenced
• Style preferences differing from the brief provided
• Brief changes after project start
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery

5. Process

Email hello@copywritemaster.com with order reference. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.

6. Consumer rights

Your statutory rights under Spanish consumer law (LGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU are not affected.
