Do you write in Spanish and English?
Yes, natively in both. We do not translate. When a project requires Spanish, we write it in Spanish from the start. When it requires English, we write in English. For bilingual projects, both versions are written separately to work in their own language.
How long does a project take?
Draft: 4 business days. Prose: 8 business days. Anthology: 3 weeks. Rush delivery is not a standard service but can be discussed for Prose and Draft projects. We confirm a delivery date when we confirm the project, not a range.
What formats do you deliver in?
DOCX, Google Doc, PDF, or plain text, depending on what you use. For web copy, we can deliver in HTML if needed. We include a brief handover note with every delivery explaining structure and tone decisions.
Do you work with a brand guide?
Always preferred. Share whatever you have: existing copy you liked, copy you hated, brand guidelines, competitor examples. The clearer the brief, the faster we get to copy that fits.
What happens if I need changes?
Specific revision requests within the agreed scope are handled within 24 hours. Draft includes 1 round, Prose includes 2 rounds, Anthology is unlimited. We ask for specific notes rather than general impressions.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our client list includes solo founders, small teams, and enterprise accounts. The process is the same regardless of size. What changes is the volume and complexity of the deliverable.
